Founder

Late. Manohar Chitale

Late. Manohar Chitale was a Food Technologist graduated from the University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT, [Present - ICT]),1969 batch. He had vast industrial experience in all facets of the food industry such as R&D, Product Development, Quality Control, Production, Projects, Factory & General Management disciplines. His total experience in the industry was over 45 years. FBOCTS had been established in 2011 under his capable guidance.

Director

Dr. Priti Amritkar

Dr. Priti Amritkar holds a Doctorate in Chemical Technology from ICT (formerly UDCT) Mumbai. With over 15 years of experience in analytical testing, she is currently the Director of Labs at Envirocare Labs Pvt. Ltd. Her expertise spans residue testing, nutritional testing, method development, and method validation. Dr. Amritkar also serves as a technical assessor for NABL in environment and residue analysis and is an FSSAI master trainer for pesticide and mycotoxin analysis in foods.

Anjali Dhodapkar

Anjali Dhodapkar is the cofounder of Freshcon Food Products, a company she started nearly a decade ago. A qualified food technologist, she has prior experience in the food industry, specializing in infant formulae and nutritional products as an R&D professional. Anjali is passionate about innovation and business, focusing on addressing consumer needs with simple food solutions.
